What did I do wrong? X100V autofocus problems (low light)

Hi guys,

I love my X100V. I use it more than my Nikons put together for casual photography, like photographing my sons. But the AF can drive me nuts and I have the shots to show what happened - https://www.flickr.com/gp/125072664@N07/F3394U

They're just playing happily together and I want to get some candids. I have eye-AF engaged and it sees my younger son but then it doesn't and rather than hold with the manually-moved box, it decides to rack.

Any idea what I did wrong? Yes, it's low light at ISO 5000 so maybe that's the issue?

What do you think?

Sean
