Adapted Olympus Zuiko 14-54mm f/2.8-3.5 Ver1 still any good?

I'm planning on buying a cheap standard focal length zoom lens for my E-M5ii. Mainly because I wanted a wide-ish angle lens for landscapes, and the sensible thing to do was to buy a used kitlens since it's the cheapest option and has the added benefit of being a short-medium zoom.

But while I was searching I came across an Olympus Zuiko 14-54mm f/2.8-3.5 Ver1 with a FT-MFT adapter (with AF) for sale. I am intrigued since the aperture makes it somewhat of a Pro lens. Now it has the added benefit of having a faster aperture and being a short-medium zoom for my use case, which now I can use as an all-around lens. Is this still a good lens to buy today? Or would you recommend some other lenses.
