I appreciate the fact that other people have apparently experienced this problem or a very similar problem with the equipment, but you may be making a fundamental error here.

You said earlier that you were using the electronic shutter. Now you say that it could not ascribed to poor technique because the shutter speed was too fast. But on your camera the electronic shutter takes about 1/30 second to make a sweep. You can easily move the camera a lot in that time, without realizing it.

I don't know what is causing your particular problem, but I think you need to reconsider the possibility of poor technique.

I am open to changing settings and technique.  Although it takes 1/30 of a second to write to the image buffer, should the shutter speed not determine image exposure time?
