You said earlier that you were using the electronic shutter.  Now you say that it could not ascribed to poor technique because the shutter speed was too fast.  But on your camera the electronic shutter takes about 1/30 second to make a sweep.  You can easily move the camera a lot in that time, without realizing it.

I don't know what is causing your particular problem, but I think you need to reconsider the possibility of poor technique.
