Looking for entry level camera with EASY depth-of-field

I searched the forums but haven't quite found what I was looking for (I did find a post from 2011 that was sort of helpful), so here goes...

I'm looking for an entry-level camera, either DSLR or point-and-shoot, that is good at EASY depth-of-field photos. Honestly, I just want to be able to take nice photos of my car.

Are there any affordable cameras that have a nice menu system for taking depth-of-field photos for people like me who aren't photographers and don't really want to learn photo theory just to get a decent amateur picture once in a while? Like, are there cameras with a touch screen to select the depth of field and see a preview, and maybe even tap on the subject to indicate what should be in focus?
