You will not regret it.

I have the V5. I got it mainly due to the massive vignette I was getting on my EF-S10-22 years back when using a polariser on the Lee system. That mounted with a 105mm CPL on a front ring. I moved to Nisi mount and CPL and it was superb. The CPL works perfectly with nice clean corners on the 10-22 and also with FF at 16mm. Bit fiddly at times but all things I have seen are Improved With the V6 and now V7. I have a mixture of brands of filter including a couple of Lee grads, a 10 stop and a 6 stop from nisi and a starglow filter from someone who I forget right now. All work well on the V5. So I agree, great system to have in your bag. I would upgrade to V7 but there is zero wear on the V5 so will wait until it becomes loose or I loose it.

I have the V6. Love it.

Even my biggest fear, that my clumsiness would go broken glass in an expensive way, has not materialized, so...
