What size filters would you get for an RF kit?

Surely it depends on the lenses you have, or intend to buy.  Many of the L lenses are 77mm, so that’s a good choice, and you can use a step down ring to adapt to 67mm for example.  If you are looking for slide-in 100mm filters (eg Lee or NISI neutral density), you buy one holder and the necessary adapter rings.
For protection filters, if you use them, you would buy one for each lens, in the correct size.
