Godox HSS problems with Panasonic bodies

Updates to Post

I have confirmed that Godox flashes do not support HSS (high speed sync) on newer Panasonic bodies. My test samples were:

1. Bodies: GX85 and G9

2. TT350 On camera flash

3. Off-camera flash with X1T-O transmitter: TT350, V850II-M and AD200.

The HSS problem shows as a black band which gets larger at higher shutter speeds.

There are lots of threads here on M43 DPreview forums about HSS problems such as:

Godox TT350 HSS problems with Panasonic

Has anyone used HSS (high speed sync) on their TT350? Here are the issues I noticed on the G9 or GX85 and TT350 are::

1. Black bar - seems to occur above 1/800s.

2. HSS power won't go below 1/16 on master mode (goes to 1/128 in radio slave mode).

3. Can't set HSS through camera menus (set through flash). (can't find HSS references in advanced user manual).

I have current firmware on all the flashes and camera. Item #1 doesn't seem to be an issue on a G9 with the Godox V850M with a X1T.

This problem was discussed on an older thread but seems to be partially resolved depending on your Godox flash on a G9.

Edit: looks like a G9 user has the same problem as discussed in this thread.
