A totally New Leica 100-400mm Zoom? Well Sort of.
14

I recently returned from Ireland, where I brought the PL 100-400mm to use with the new Olympus OM-1. Attaching this older lens to the new camera gave me the impression of using a totally new lens. It's amazing how much better the Leica 100-400mm is on the OM-1 than what I could get with it on any Lumix body I ever used. And that includes GH5, G9 and lower.

Attached are a couple of images, but you'll have to visit my blog if you want the whole story. I'm just not going to write the entire experience twice. Here's a link if you're interested: New Leica 100-400mm Mark ll is Finally Here.

Photo captured using the Leica 100-400mm lens attached to the new OM-1

Same lens-camera combination. Full image no crop. Not a great image but useful for seeing the capabilities of the camera and lens combo.
