The WR hiker’s choice
39

I love a good long hike, and going lighter on gear can be a real happiness-booster. And better mindset seeps into better pictures, because everything is created in the mind!

I took this last week with my XF 18-135 fixed on my X-T3, mounted on my beautiful tripod. What I found refreshing in this, compared to hauling a set of higher spec lenses in my backpack that I need to consider, grab, and mount in changing weather, is how fast and light I was moving around (23km that day) and taking pictures!

So is the 18-135 good enough? Sometimes it is, and is sure is a pleasure to hike with.

What do you think?
