Sling / Messenger bag recommendations

I'm looking to replace my Peak Design Messenger 13 V1. I use it mostly as a casual camera bag for day walks in urban environments, often on travel.
It's a great bag, but I have bunch of minor paint points:
- It doesn't fold flat easily - I like to bring a camera backpack for longer trips but bring a messenger / sling to use in a city (going to museums etc.). It kind of works right now, but not as well as I would like
- Would love a bit more space - I can fit my Sony a7III with a Holy Trinity, but including a water bottle is abit of a pain
I looked at the Wotancraft Pilot 10L and it looked great, but it's hard to get in the UK where I live and it's a big risk to ship it in.
Any recommendations? Ideally I need:
- Enough space for a Sony a7III, Holy trinity of lenses and a water bottle
- Folds flat-ish for storage in a large suitcase
- Easy access to change lenses on the fly, while standing
- Ideally doesn't look too much like a camera bag
Thanks!
