Thanks, your Irfanview effort looks pretty good.

In Photostudio 6, a slider ranges from 0 to 15, and in Faststone from 0 to 10. This may mean (?) how many pixels are rolled together to get the increasingly impressionistic effect.

So far I wander from 8 to 15 in PS6 and don't use FS because it does not go far enough and has no special advantage, though for other things, I use FS a lot.

I don't shoot RAW and I edit my JPEGs mainly in Adobe-Camera-Raw-in-Photoshop-15, it is simple and powerful.

For "extreme impressionist bling", whether to exaggerate highlights, contrast, saturation, etc, in ACR before or after PS6 treatment, or both, is entertaining me at the moment.
