Beginner questions: 360 degrees product photography

Hi

I need to start taking 360 degrees product pictures of electric appliances like Kettle, Hand Mixer, Microwave, Kitchen Machines, Coffee Machines, and so on.

I live in a small apartment and do not have a separate room to use as a studio so I need a basic and small setup that does not take up to much space and is easy to put away, but still can get me an OK result.

I have done some research and here are the items I am looking at:

  • Light: 1 x Aputure Amaran COB 60d
  • Light Stand: 1 x Not sure yet.
  • Softbox: 1 x Neewer Octagonal Softbox 24" / 60cm
  • Reflector: 2 x Meking 17x12 Inch 3 in 1 Light Reflector
  • Turntable: 1 x ComXim Professional 360 Degree Photography Turntable
  • Backdrop: 1 x Pino Studio 123cm x 90cm
  • Camera: 1 x iPhone 11 (with a pro app so I can lock exposure etc.)
  • Tripod: 1 x smartphone tripod (with remote control)

1. Can I use the "Aputure Amaran COB 60d" light with a softbox as top light and then 2 reflectors on each side to light the products enough and get an OK result?

Kind regards
