Is it worthy enough the upgrade to M50 MK II if I have the original M6? Or should just buy the optional EVF for the M6?
It depends on what features you prefer and how much you use the camera.
I've owned the original M6 and the M50ii, and currently use the M6 mark II. The M6's controls are more 'enthusiast-level' than the M50ii, with separate dials for shutter, aperture, ISO, and even a dedicated dial for exposure compensation.
The M50ii has the EVF of course, much better autofocusing, far better low-light AF performance, and 4k video (albeit with a 1.6x crop), but doesn't have as many dials. You have to push a button to switch the front dial between aperture, shutter speed, and ISO in manual mode, or use the rear screen.
The M50ii also allows you to set the focus point with your right thumb while you are looking through the finder, which can be incredibly useful. The M50ii also has a fully articulating rear screen if you prefer that to the M6/M6ii's tilting screen (I find that I prefer the tilting screen).
The m50ii is on sale on the Canon refurb site --- you can get it with the 15-45 kit lens, free shipping, and a sling backpack (not sure how useful that is) for only $560 or the body only (no free shipping) for $480 --- which is as low as this camera has been. Canon refurb is basically a 'new' condition camera with 1-year warranty.

The M6ii is also on sale refurb for $680, this is as low as this camera has been for a long time. The m6ii has the best feature set of the 3 cameras, with a fully electronic shutter option, 14 fps, intervalometer, uncropped 4k video, and the best dynamic range and low-noise performance, with its higher res sensor, although like the original M6 it needs the external EVF if you want to shoot with a finder. Personally I don't mind the external EVF and find its removability to be an advantage when shooting from a tripod or telescope. I have 2 M6iis, and use the EVF-DC2 on one and the tilting EVF-DC1 on the other, which is great for some situations, and also looks less 'clunky'.

The cheapest Digic-8 upgrade is actually the more entry-level M200, with kit lens it's priced at a super low $350 refurbished, including free shipping and the sling backpack. I've actually ordered one to use for tripod-mounted 4k B-roll video (with a 1.6x crop like the M50ii, but I have some ultra-wides so this is OK for me), while also using an m6ii to shoot 4k video. The M200 has most of the features of the M50ii, but is missing the EVF (and it doesn't take an external one), only 6 fps, no hot shoe, no mike input, a screen that only tilts 180 degrees upward instead of fully articulating like the M50ii, and very few controls (everything is available on the touch screen though):
