It depends. No camera produces raw RAW and they all apply some adjustments (remove dead pixels, subtract dark frame from long exposure, etc) whole others do more aggressive noise removal. Some (Sony) can have issues with high frequency detail in compressed RAW files, etc.

When it somes to Samsung NX cameras, from my (limited) experience, NX500 seems to not process significantly, NX3000 is the worst (it has very aggressive noise removal), and older ones like NX1000 aslre somewhere in between. What can help is to shoot in continuous high mode as older cameras lack processing power to apply post-processing in time and just drop unprocessed frames. I could be wrong though
