Future of EF and 5D/90D like Canon SLRs: shall I wait or buy as long as it can 90D?

Hi, sorry about dumb question, but please share with me your information about Canon's plans about EF lineup and 5D or 90D like SLR lineup future. For the last 4-5 years, I haven’t paid much attention to the changes, I’ve just taken photos of what I had.

My experience after quick research: no new 90D like camera in last 3 years and no 5D like camera in last 6 years.

I finally got 5D mark II (I bought it used a couple of weeks ago, in good condition) and perfect for me with EF 135L, EF 100L Macro, EF 24-70 F4L.
Also, I got an old 700D with EF-S 10-18mm F4.5–5.6 IS STM for landscapes, EF 50 1.8 STM for portrait.

I planned to get a 90D like camera because 33 Mpixel not 18 only like 700D.

As I see, Canon selling only R or M lineup, and no newer xxD or xD or xxxD cameras with EF/EF-S mount.

I am not planned to buy new camera in next 5-10 years and I want to use my current 5D mark II + 700D if I can.
I am planned to buy a new 90D for landscape with EF-S 10-18mm F4.5–5.6 IS STM.
And / or I am planned to buy a UW lens like Canon EF 11-24mm f/4L USM, but it's too expensive for me. Also Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L III USM are too expensive. Cheaper alternatives for me: Canon EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM or Canon EF 8-15mm f/4L USM Fisheye or Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM.

So what can be better quality (F/8 + HDR 3 bracket images) for landscapes and buildings?
A.: 90D + EF-S 10-18mm F4.5–5.6 IS STM
or
B.: 5D mark II + Canon EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM or Canon EF 8-15mm f/4L USM Fisheye or Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM

I use most of the time F/8 or F9.5 with 3 bracket HDR EV +3/-3 or EV +2/-2.

Thank you for sharing your opinion, I'm left behind, these "old" Canon 5D-like machines with EF lenses are perfect for me. I know I’m not trendy, but that’s right for me.
