Yes, we are talking about the same thing.

The filter for one eye has separate spectral components at higher frequencies than the filter for the other eye. If we look at a white surface, through one of the filters it can be seen to be slightly redder, and through the other slightly greener. This can be compensated by a signal that contains more green component for the redder filter and by a signal that contains more red component for the greener filter.

Respectively, one of the projectors will provide a greener image and the other a redder one.

You can go to a 3D cinema that uses Dolby 3D technology and you can see that everything works perfectly, without color tint and without ghosting.
