Are you talking about attaching an L-bracket to the mount adapter? If you had an anti-rotation thing in place, I don't see why not.

If you mean a conventional setup, where the bracket is attached to the base of the camera, the dimensions of the M6 mkII are a big constraint. The distance from the rear of the tripod foot of the adapter to the edge of the LCD, which needs to swing free, is only 28mm, but an Arca rail is 39mm. And even if you can attach it, the mount foot will almost certainly obstruct the clamp on your tripod.

For that, it would be best to just detach the foot.
