Hi, thanks for your reply.

I’m sure there’s a way to clamp things like foam boards and other stuff through other methods like regular clamps that clamp anything. What do you think?

Sure, there are a million and one ways to do it. And if you are just working by yourself, then just do what will work best for you.

But if you are working on a crew as a gaffer, then they will want you to use something more universal.

I do like the inexpensive five-in-one reflectors / diffusors that you can pick up on amazon for around $30 or so. They are pretty flexible. The only issue with them is that the zippers on the covers are pretty cheap, so under heavy use, I could see the zippers would stop working / break.

But they are lightweight and using a cheap reflector holder and a light stand you basically can have either black for negative fill, or white for fill. (they also have silver and gold which I never use.) Or remove all the covers and just use it as diffusion.

Something like this (you may need to pick a different size depending on your needs):

Thanks for your suggestions!
