FPS/Shutter Speed Options and Concerns

I am a still photographer interested in video. As frequently happens with the flood of exotic electronics at lower and lower cost, I now have a Z9 on order, a device capable way beyond video my abilities.

A peek at the manual tells me that I can video at 4k and 120 fps. I would like the 4k so I can print some frame grabs with better results. And I would like to shoot at high shutter speeds for stop-action stills and also to be able to shoot at wide apertures without having to use neutral density filters.

I am aware of the fact that at, say 30 fps, a high-speed shutter will result in a choppy view because motion blurring is not present. I discovered that with DaVinci Resolve Studio I can output at 120 fps .MP4 or .MOV files using H265 compression.

Questions:

Will high shutter speeds at 120 fps result is a smooth viewing experience?

If I output to 120 fps will these files be playable on most computers? On most TVs?

Or, if playable, will the players internally reduce the 120 fps is a lower rate defeating my purpose?

Any other comments/suggestions?

TIA,
