The glitch last for about half a second, the glitch appears about once every 15 minutes of recording. it does not have to do with heat because it happens in early stages of recording as well.
I am using a sandisk extreme 32GB 45MB/s card, from what I have read online it appears this card should be plenty adequate for the job so I'm kind of stumped

My guess is that the buffer fills up faster than the save to the card. Try posting on the Digital Video Talk forum to see anyone their can help.
