I have made thorough tests on this matter.
In few words, the native 200 ISO gives the best results as far as the dynamic range is concerned, whereas the 64 and 100 ISO images are a bit cleaner (a bit less noisy).
I usually stick to the 200 ISO, the noise difference is almost all the time negligible.
64 ISO I can be used when you are sure that no clipping in the HL can occur and you want the best IQ, and obviously when the scene is too bright for ISO 200...
