If you are referring to Canon Fl/FD/FDn lenses, there are adapters that can work with your modern Canon camera.  The adapters have optics inside them to make infinity focus possible.  There are a few downsides though.  First, the optics in the adapter may decrease contrast and sharpness of the lens.  Then there is the issue of the adapter being a slight teleconverter design.  This means the focal length will change, not counting the 1.6x crop for APS-C. However, even with these flaws, the lenses will still work with your camera, manual focus and aperture of course.
