With 50Hz lighting and 30fps (instead of e.g. 24 or 25 fps), the "180 shutter" (i.e. 1/60) will introduce flickering.

Changing your shutter speed to 1/50 should prevent that, so you'r shutter angle will be a bit more than 180°. But at the end of the day, it's all about motion blur, and 1/50 is not so much different from 1/60 in that regard.
