Given other people's success using the R and RP, it seems the best advice we can give the OP is, whatever camera she gets, learn to use it better than MikeJ9116 does.

I think I am able to get better results with M3 and body cap on than he with R and 70-200.

As the length of a thread approaches 150, the probability that someone will make the obvious "it's not the camera, it's the photographer" remark approaches 1.
