OPTION 1: keep one X-Pro3 with the 18mm f2, sell everything else, and get the new 27mm f2.8 R WR with the aperture ring; a great two lens kit with each lens being quite pocketable, so you can also sell the camera bag.

OPTION 2: Keep one X-Pro3, sell everything else, and get either a Fujifilm 33mm f1.4 R LM WR or a Tokina atx-m 33mm f1.4. One body and one lens that has an FOV of 49.5mm.

I have an X-T2, an X-Pro2, and just bought a used Tokina atx-m 33mm f1.4 because my 2022 toy budget is not that large. I have sold off most of my other lenses and hope the rest will be gone by the end of this week. I'm undecided between which body to sell and which to body to keep, but one must go. I prefer the rangefinder body style, but I don't use the OVF on the X-Pro2 and the EVF on the X-T2 is pretty hard to beat. The Tokina lens arrived Saturday afternoon and I took it out for a quick test drive on the X-T2. I'll have to keep going back and forth with the bodies to make a decision. Problem is, there are things I like and things I don't like on each camera.
