I call this item from the "MyMenu" function.

When you have anything in MyMenu, and you hit Menu, then MyMenu will be the first thing to come up. It is easy to get to the regular menus after that.

I have 7 items in MyMenu at the moment.

I have this as the first item in MyMenu in my X-E4, and there are 6 fields to select from. Each of the six allows you to put in the lens name in words and numbers, such as "Rok 85 f1.8", and the lens focal length, in this case 85mm. It is an absolutely wonderful feature. Just select the one that matches the lens you are using. This all goes into the EXIF of every shot.

I haven't tried it in the Q menu.

I just looked in the My Menu settings on the X-H1 and it allows lens modulation optimizer to be turned on or off (whoopie) but no focal length settings.  Boy, there's an easy to add firmware upgrade that I could request..
