RAW images don't actually have any color - it's whatever your raw developer uses.

When I switched to Sony (A7C and A7IV) a few months ago from Nikon, I too was very disappointed by the images from Lightroom. The fix I found was to use a different profile

Adobe's standard Sony profiles, to my taste, are quite unattractive. There are a number of other profiles supplied in Lightroom - you could try (there are quite a few if you click browse). Just create a preset with the profile and settings you like and set that as your default import setting.

The other thing is to tweak white balance which I do after changing the profile
