My battery observations

As the title says, if you used the Newell brand (www.newell.pro), what are your experiences? I've found one for my G7X Mark II, and funny enough it's the only replacement battery with the same capacity as the original Canon one.

I'm looking to step away from Jupio brand (www.jupio.com), my brother had one for his T6, and half a year later it refused to charge in the original Canon charger. There's also Patona brand (www.patona.eu), but I haven't tested one yet.

Genuine Canon batteries are comically expensive (especially the tiny NB-13L), but I've heard many replacement ones don't display the battery status on screen and flash a warning message each time you turn the camera on.

Maybe my old thread can help you

all in all Cameron Sino is IMHO best but recently I ordered some Newell and Patona so will test with Nikon
