Does anyone know where I can get this program??
There's a link on this page:
http://thesybersite.com/downloads.htm
Thx , I found that site the other day , but maybe you can help me. I ran that program but the dynamic library links wont load. Tried put them in windows system 32 no luck. is the something missing out of the program??And if so could you help me find it ? thx
Nothing is missing, but you need to download and follow the instructions in the Service Manual Repair Guide for your camera, which is also available there. They are very explicit as to how to set up the software.
But the software is ancient, so it might not be compatible with recent Windows versions. If it still doesn't work with your version, you could try running the EXE file in a lower Compatibility mode, but that won't help if the DLLs aren't compatible.
The repair guide lists these as the system requirements for the adjustment program:
Windows 98/98SE, 2000 Professional, or XP, 40MB RAM and 15MB disk space.
tried it in a dedicated xp machine still same message . Yes I did download instructions from the same website. Gonna try it in ME operating system. Ill report back.thx again
No Luck the dll don't want to load no matter where I put them whether they are in system 32 or system they cant be seen.
Regarding the file locations, I can only refer you to the repair guide instructions.
doesnt matter ME XP or WINDOWS 8. Do have any clues for me?Ifeel like it is missing an ini file
As you can see in the repair guide, there was no INI file on the original CD, but you're supposed to put the ram.bin file on a card in the camera.
All I know is that it worked for me years ago under one of the old Windows versions, but I don't keep old versions around and I no longer own either of those cameras.
Yes I TRIED that putting the ram.bin file in the root of the cf card and held the lens lock button and with the switch on inserted the battery , with no success .
