As I read previously, most human eye/brain is unable to consciously register images at frame rates faster than 60 (I guess 18 year old gamers may be able to process 100 fps).

There was a study that a human can "see" a photo image as short as 13 ms.  So if there is a 26 ms delay, then it would be very difficult for a human to detect the difference.  If a human only see the screen of the oscilloscope and the screen of the camera LCD, will they be able to perceive the difference.   Simply put, Jim, can you see the difference?
