New 70-300 lens for my Fullframe or micro4/3 camera with 70-300

Hello dear dpreview community

Reading for years the forums and now i have a dilemma that would like to hear some opinions and advices.

I currently have a Canon 6d , with few lenses: Canon 50mm 1.8, Tamron 28-75mm, Canon 28-90 III.

I would like to get a zoom range for my photography.

I was thinking about Tamron 70-300mm VC or Canon 75-300mm IS.

Price for these used is around 200 dollars.

For the same price, i can get a Olympus E-Pl6 with double kit lens, 14-42mm and 40-150mm.

I was considering buying the Olympus with the 2 lenses,  since it would be easier to carry around, than walking with my Canon 6d attached with a "huge" full frame 70-300 lens.

I believe would be also less awkward to shoot  with the Olympus and the 40-150 lens, than to point a big zoom around someone.

So what do you think?

Would this sacrifice much of image quality?  I see that the Olympus 40-150mm has fantastic quality for it's price.

I will still carry the Canon 6D in my bagpack. So it will carrying 2 cameras inside a back pack.

thank you

Canon EOS 6D Olympus PEN E-PL6
