Windows 11 and ICC profiles - no change!

I've just setup my Pro 100 on a new desktop that is running Windows 11. Printing from Photoshop the ICC profiles aren't doing anything. I've got ICC profiles loaded from Red River for my PC inks. Everything appears to be working as it should in photoshop when I setup, but the prints coming out are all identical no matter which profile I select.

For a refresher I went back and watched Jose Rodriguez's videos for this printer and I have all the steps checked ("None" for color correction under Manual Color Correction, Photoshop Manages Colors, etc.) but I'm getting nowhere.  This was working fine on my last PC with W10. Making me believe it's a Windows 11 problem, which a quick google search shows many users are having issues with monitors and profiles. Haven't found much on printing yet...

Anybody else having similar experiences? Maybe there's some 'hidden' setting in W11 I'm missing for this?
