Editing Recommendations

I have some old pictures that I recently scanned into TIFF files.  I would like to edit them -- fix the colors, remove noise, sharpen, etc.

Is it best to do the color editing first, then use something like Denoise AI to remove the noise, or remove the noise first?

If I also want to sharpen, sharpen, should I use Denoise AI (but don't let it sharpen) then use Sharpen AI (but don't let it denoise), or let them both do their thing?

I've spent hours moving sliders back and forth, importing into one first than the other first, and still haven't been "wowed" by the results.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
