Huge benefit of f1.2 on MFT lens vs f1.8 on cheap FF lens
3

Just wanted to answer a question posed in another thread but that thread was full.

The huge benefit of the F1.2 aperture on a Micro-Four-Thirds lens compared to f1.8 on ANY Full Frame lens is that I can use that aperture (say on my 17mm pro) on my Em1 and EM1.ll camera bodies.

I don't own any FF camera bodies (nor do I want to as I am a one-system guy) so f1.8 on a FF lens is pretty useless to me.

In the same way f1.2 on my MFT lens has a huge disadvantage to anyone using a 1" sensor camera - it won't fit!
