Photo Noise vs Photo Blurriness in poor light

In my mind, there are several technical things that can impair a photo. Motion blur, photo noise, inadequate dynamic range, depth-of-field, poor focus. This thread discusses my personal aversion to motion blur and photo noise. Obviously, these 2 (SS and ISO) are closely related. Recently I purchased some new AI noise reduction software and ran some tests with my 1 inch sensor RX10M4 camera to see how good it is. SS vs ISO
I shot 4 frames (hand held) of a poorly lit subject as follows:
3.2sec @100
0.8sec @400
0.2sec @1600
0.05sec @6400

These 4 shots are the first 4 shots in my DPR gallery if you are so inclined to view them.
The ISO100 shot is a blurry mess since I can not take hand held photos at 3.2 seconds.
However, to my eye the ISO6400 shot is the best (1/20 sec) and pretty clean and sharp for a 1 inch sensor at 6400.

Comments welcome.
