Help please. Autofocus issue, is it me or the camera?

Help please. Autofocus issue, is it me or the camera?

I was happy with the below photo...

... until I zoomed in and saw that the mountains outline" in the right 3rd of the photo is blurred (or "doubled"?) like this:

Worrying that the camera had mechanical issues, I checked the photos taken before and after the above photo and they did not seem to have any issue:

I still don't know if the camera is damaged or having mechanical issue but I incline to hope that my newly bought camera is fine and think the reasons could be

1. bad auto focus (one shot, one-point AF was used)
and/or
2. too slow shutter speed following the "not slower than 1/focal length" rule

If either reason is truth (or both), is it possible that only the right side of the photo has issue but not across the whole photo? If both reasons are wrong, what could cause the "blurry/double-image"?

The pictures were taken in cold mountains around -10C (14F) in the early morning before sunrise.
