Printing on acetate

I wanted to make a new more accurate viewfinder frame for my camera (it's an external viewfinder that uses a silvered mirror to project the cropping frame into the viewfinder). The frame itself is made on a piece of what appears to be reverse printed clear acetate, so mostly black with clear text/frame and bullseye.

What would be the best way to print this? The ink needs to be very opaque and block out the extra light so it doesn't leak into the frame.

The acetate viewfinder screen glued to metal frame

Would a commercial process be better?
