Struggling to pull the trigger on a short tele option!

One area was dog action and portrait, a current professional here recommended a 70-200 2.8, which i've been keeping an eye out for as recommended, also doubling as portraits lens. However, i'm aware for hiking and general telephoto needs it's a touch heavy! So i've been trying to figure out how to address my needs, likely needs two lenses? Or maybe not. As well as dogs action and dog and human portraits, I wish to have over 70mm for landscape purposes available to me, for either dedicated trips, or hiking with a touch less weight and travel. I currently own a 24-70 f/4, and Sigma 150-600 C.

Some solutions I am considering inc the 70-200 2.8., or maybe a slower lighter tele with a fast prime too?

24-70f/4 + 70-200 f/4 (+maybe 85mm 1.8).

hiking/landscape kit. 70-200 f/4 also for dog action photography and portraits. Or, add 85 1.8 for portraits. So i'd need to buy 70-200 f/4 and 85 1.8. f/4 is lighter, sharp, still a bit big, and offers less DoF control for the action.

24-70 f/4 + 70-300 AFP ED 5.6 (+maybe 85mm prime)

Same as above really, just less weight, even less DoF control. Cheaper.

24-70 f/4 + 70-300 AFP ED 5.6 + 70-200 f/2.8

I could get a 70-300 for light telephoto, and 70-200 f/2.8 for serious things.

24-200 + 70-200 f/2.8

Curve ball. Grab a 24-200 for hiking/travel/ lighter landscapes, but also get a 70-200 f/2.8 for action/portraits/more dedicated landscape pursuits.  However, I am unsure on the 24-200 corner performance for landscapes versus my 24-70 f/4. In my experience 24-200 usually soft corners at 24mm.

Thoughts? Any appreciated!  Ideally Nikon release a super compact Z 70-300!
