There already is a tightly controlled industry standard test for stabilisation. That's how the manufacturers get the CIPA ratings, the validity of which you are questioning. The problem with setting up controlled tests is making sure that they reflect real life and that the controls are agreed to be relevant and proportionate by enough people to make them worthwhile.

D810s have EFCS. Idk about d800s but they are ten years old. The M6ii's eshutter mode creates way more limitations than efcs. One shot only, no strobe, rolling shutter with moving subjects due to 40ms readout time.

The M200 and M50II have EFCS, if that's what you want. I thought you could get 20fps with the m6II's eshutter mode. You can get all those missing features you wanted in a mirrorless Nikon camera that's nearly 5× the price and just over 3× the weight of the M6II, but, not surprisingly, there's quite a waiting list for it.
