GPU Recommendations for new batch of AI software

I have a Dell Precision 5810 workstation with a Samsung 500 G SSD, 32 G of RAM, dual 6 core Intel 2620 processors and a Nvidia Quattro K4000 with 3 G of RAM and a Dell 3007 30 inch monitor.

I have tried the latest Topaz AI software and the processing times are IMHO kind of long.

I decided to try to sharpen a 114 MB TIF generated by my Sigma SDQ.

I started sharping an image and then opened Task Manager. Here are the stats:

GPU - 99% CPU - 12% Memory 31%

It took a minute and a half (1:31) to process the image.

Looks like the GPU is the weak link.

I'm wondering if I should consider buying a newer GPU card, in the event I decide to purchase the software to speed up the times.

What are your processing times like for Topaz AI stuff? Are my times in line?

I don't want to spend a lot on a GPU, I was looking at the Nvidia Quadro 2200.  I can pick one up for about $125 used.  What do you guys think?

Many thanks.
