As to what that really means and if it's worth the cash, I suppose, needs time with actual photographs/workflow and output. Because it's not unrelated to the improvement in resolution and what post-processing can do. It does look worth trying.

Looks like about 1/5 stop improvement with the M-10 which would not be a compelling difference for me.
Naturally there are other factors such as increased resolution that might be desirable.

M11's max. PDR is considerably higher now than with M10, but M11 has a lot of other improvements that are unrelated to PDR.

There is not much difference between the PDR of the Nikon D850 (2017) and the cameras being launched nowadays by major manufacturers. I don't expect that to change soon.
