When NOT to use Anti-Shock shutter mode?

I tend to keep my camera shutter set to Anti-Shock mode all of the time.  It seems this not only eliminates shutter shock but also prevents banding and rolling shutter which can occur when using the electronic shutter setting.

Are there any circumstances where it would be best not to use the anti-shock setting?
