RX10 IV wildlife video recording - camera setting.

I read a couple of manual but still did not come to a conclusion for my use case.

I have 3 question:

1.I only shoot in 4k. So as I heard it is better to shoot at 60 shutter speed. So the only option I should use will be movie mode dial and exposer mode set to shutter priority and I will just adjust my Auto ISO range from 100 to 1600 for example. Is this the best setting for shooting 4k?

2. what recording mode do you use for wildlife recording is it 120 fps FHD or 30 fps 4k?
I like the 4k as I can crop and remove the shake and reach up to 1200 mm or more and keep the quality above FHD.

3. What is the recommended shutter speed for bird and other moving wildlife?

Thank you for your time.
