Day Trip Bag for lenses

My current day trip gear is my Sony a7c on a peak design capture clip on my belt and I carry my Tamron 28-200, Samyang 24 and 45 with me.  I have been using just a Adidas cinch sack to throw the extra lenses (in lens cases) water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses etc in.  I do have a large Lowpro Backpack but find it too much to carry for a day trip and the way it is set up, access to the lenses is difficult without setting it down.

My issue is the time it takes to change lenses, I do not need storage for my camera as it is stored on my waist. I would love a sling bag that I can carry 3 lenses (will add a 75 mm prime soon) without cases or even rear element caps and have a spot for a water bottle.  I am thinking about the hex ranger or Peak design sling but don't really know what size to get.

If there is a better option out there I'm open to ideas.  I am definitely a travel light kind of guy and would rather the bag not look like a purse.

Thanks for any advice

Dave
