RX10 - what's going on with the lens?

My RX10 has been hardly used at all over the years I've had it - mostly kept around as a backup camera to my A7RXXX camera s- but I decided to get a new backup. I've always had a UV filter to protect the lens but when cleaning/preparing the RX for sale I noticed some faint dots which seem to maybe be inside the lens! (can't clean them off)
Can't figure out what it could be - the attached images shows it incredibly well - while this deliberately looks horrible in this photo, it's not even noticeable to the naked eye - I spotted it with magnifying glasses while cleaning and evaluating the camera condition.
Ideas? Not that there's much that can be done to clean it short of sending it in for service... (not worth it) that images still look great.
