R5 - using VF only, how to shoot with LCD panel closed?
Re: R5 - using VF only, how to shoot with LCD panel closed?
An interesting problem. It doesn’t happen with mine - if I close the screen, the focus point remains where it was, I can move it around using the joystick, and also re-centre it by pressing the joystick. Just wondering - is there anything causing pressure on the screen when you close it? Have you for example fitted a glass screen protector? another possibility might be some break or short circuit in the cable connecting the LCD screen to the camera, that only happens when you close the screen (which involves a twist). Hope you solve it or get it fixed.
