Custom setting on FZ2500? Exposure compensation?

I managed to lose my custom setting C1. Had it set for Birds in flight. Trying to get it back to where I had it and can't figure out what I have done wrong.

First, when I go to the C on the right dial it comes up and gives me the settings showing C1 is M then f6.3 and 1/2000 on the first line. Second line is showing Auto ISo and the exposure compensation on the gauge is showing 0 but above the 0 it says -3 (that is confusing to me). I don't understand why it is showing both 0 and -3 or whether I am just reading that wrong? sorry for my unending questions. I am probably going about trying to set the custom setting wrong. Not even sure I should have it set at f6.3. Any help is always appreciated.
