Stripes/lines/striations on pinhole photos - damaged sensor?

I'd say this is more of a general sensor question, but am posting it here because the photos were taken on a Sony a6500 camera.

Recently took some pinhole photos (with a pinhole lens) for the first time on my a6500, and noticed that a lot of stripes were in the image - before and after I cleaned the sensor. Had never seen that before on my older cameras with the same pinhole lens (NEX-3N, a6000, and a6300). Tested again with the a6300 with the exact same settings, and no issues. Tried to do a couple of quick tests with the a6500 with a 12mm lens at f/22 with exposure and ISO the same to closely replicate what a pinhole lens was doing, but I didn't notice any lines. Can't really find any good info on the internet, as most people mention vertical or horizontal lines, while mine are at an angles. Any ideas?

(Lines most noticeable in the bottom center part of the attached image.)
