On what lenses would Z body disable fully mechanical shutter?

Just read from this thread that Nikon Z would disable fully mechanical shutter in menu and only allows EFCS and Auto when certain lenses are attached. Therefore, I am curious what lenses would cause Z bodies to disable fully mechanical shutter as a option, and what is Nikon's rationale in doing that? (I understand Auto option will still enable fully mechanical shutter at high shutter speeds on these lenses)

Another related question, when putting shutter mode to "Auto", I discovered on my lenses the switch over point from EFCS to fully mechanical is either 1/320 or 1/400. I could not decipher the switch over logic because even if I am using the same aperture and the same lens, the switch over point can still change. Has anyone figured out Nikon's logic yet?
